This is a hands-on training pathway for both emerging and established DJs focused on real-world performance, client experience, and the standards required to represent Vibrant Sounds at high-level events.
Our Approach
The Vibrant Sounds Mentorship Program is designed to develop and level-up the next generation of professional wedding and event DJs. This program is selective and built for individuals who are serious about pursuing or refining event DJing at a professional level.
Mentees train directly under our senior DJs and, upon completion, may be invited to join our roster.

A background in musical theatre paired with the desire to please a crowd makes Dylan an incredible performer. He has the ability to energetically attune to a space and know what is needed based on how a room feels. Mentees can learn a great deal about entertaining just by witnessing how he works a room.

An accomplished DJ, music producer, and songwriter, Dylan brings a fresh creative perspective to every performance. His signature style blends high-energy crowd engagement with thoughtful music selection, seamlessly weaving together today's hits, nostalgic throwbacks, house music, hip-hop, Latin favourites, rock, and his own custom dance edits. His goal is simple: to create genuine moments of connection that bring people together on the dance floor.
At Vibrant Sounds, our mentorship program isn't just for new DJs. It's designed to refine the professionalism, event leadership, and attention to detail that define every member of our team. While Dylan already has the talent and experience to move a crowd, he's now working alongside our mentors to master the unique flow of weddings and the elevated client experience that couples have come to expect from Vibrant Sounds.
